Ways of Journaling / Ways of Seeing

About the event: An Aao Suno session with Sadia Khatri exploring our inner life through the journal. We will explore the ways the journal can be a creative site for process and play; and a cathartic space to map our emotions. We will learn about ways we can build a journaling practice (regular or irregular!), to ground our bodies and minds. We will think about the journal as a mirror or container to reflect/hold our changing perception about the world and ourselves.

Please register for the event, and bring writing materials with you. There are only 20 spots available. Link to registration form.

We look forward to seeing you at T2F.

About the facilitator: Sadia Khatri is a writer, teacher, and filmmaker. She writes fiction and nonfiction, often about cities, dreams, gender, and faith. She is interested in pedagogical models outside of institutions, and teaches individually and collaboratively. Sadia is archiving and filming Sufi and Bhakti poetry in Sindh with Amrit Pyala.
